Q. Can I return the product?
No. This is a hygienic product and we do not do returns. All products can not be returned.
 
Q. How long is shipping & processing?
Processing can take 1-4 business days. Delivery will take 1-7 business days for U.S. orders. For international or worldwide shipping, delivery Can take 1 week-3 weeks. We are a one person business so please be patient with us. We do our very best to get all orders out in order and as soon as possible. We will not rest until you get your product!

Q. How do I track my order?
Search for Baja Beauty Bar in your email or [email protected] to find the tracking information. Subject line will say "Your shipment is on its way! CONFIRM ADDRESS."
 
Q. What if I put in the wrong address?
If the wrong address was provided, please send me an email ASAP. If it has not been shipped to the post office we can correct the address. If you have not reached out to us before the item has been shipped, you will have to pay to get order rehsipped again. 
 
Q. What if my order has been shipped and it has the wrong address?

Contact your local post office to try to get it fixed or to stop the order from leaving your nearist facitlity.  We are not responsible if you provided the wrong address, there aren't guarantees that you will be able to retrieve your package. If the item gets shipped back to us, we will be happy to refund your order with the reduction of the inital shipping cost, or we can reship the item once you cover the shipping cost to reship the item. 


QWhat's the Process of making a claim for Lost/Damage Package if I purchased Shipping Insurance?

All orders include shipping insurance coverage (up to $100) to help protect against lost or damaged packages during transit.

If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

• Please check around your property, mailbox, parcel locker, and with neighbors.

• Confirm the shipping address provided at checkout is correct.

• Contact your local USPS office for additional delivery details.

 

If the package is still not located, we will assist in filing a shipping insurance claim with USPS on your behalf.

Please note:

Claims must be reviewed and approved by the carrier. USPS investigations typically take 2–4 weeks to process. Refunds or replacements can only be issued after the claim has been approved.

We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout. Shipping insurance helps protect you in these situations, and we will guide you through the process if needed.
